Privacy policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal data under the GDPR. Last updated: 6 October 2026.

Who is responsible

The data controller is LMDV Agency, Paris, France. Contact: contact@lmdv.agency.

What we collect

Only what we need: your name, email, phone number, organisation, business type and markets of interest, plus anything you write in a message. When you use the site, technical data such as IP address and browser type may be collected for security and analytics.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry (legitimate interest)
  • To send the service guide or press kit you asked for (consent)
  • To arrange discovery calls (pre-contractual steps)
  • To send updates, only if you agreed (consent)
  • To keep the site secure (legitimate interest)
  • To measure how the site is used with Google Analytics, only if you agreed (consent)

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers we need to run the business, under contracts that comply with the GDPR. Today that is Namecheap, Inc. (United States), which hosts this website and our email, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics. Transfers to the United States are covered by each provider’s data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and guide requests are kept for up to 24 months unless you become a client. Client data is kept for the length of the contract plus the period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Email contact@lmdv.agency. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, approximate country, device type, and whether a form was sent. We do not use it for advertising, Google Signals is switched off, and no data is shared for ad personalisation.

Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_JTMSSBTK7S, which last up to 13 months. Nothing is set until you click Accept, and refusing is as easy as accepting. Your choice is kept for 6 months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Besides this, the site remembers your language and cookie choice in your browser’s local storage, and fonts are hosted on our own server.
